In brief. Baptist Health Arkansas's weight loss service line needed to show up when patients searched for it, and needed content that actually moved someone from searching to scheduling. We ran an SEO and AEO audit and correction pass, then built social video, static social and paid search creative around what we found.

The situation
A weight loss service line competes for attention against every other decision a patient is putting off: the search is often private, the stakes feel personal, and the patient researching it is comparing programs quietly before ever contacting one. Visibility and trust both have to be earned before the first call happens.
The entry problem
Baptist Health Arkansas needed the weight loss service line to be found by the right searches, and needed the content around it to do the work of convincing someone this was the right program, not just the nearest one.
What we did
We started with an SEO and AEO audit of the existing weight loss content, correcting what was holding the service line back in both traditional search rankings and in how AI tools summarize the program to someone asking about it. From there we built creative across three formats: vertical social video, static social content and paid search ads, each aimed at a different stage of a patient's decision, from first becoming aware the program exists to being ready to search for it directly.
