Our commitment

Accessibility is not a checkbox for us, it is a selling point of the work we do for clients, and this site holds itself to the same standard we sell. We design and build mhpsi.health to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, covering areas including color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, text alternatives for images and clear, consistent navigation.

What we have done

This includes structured heading levels for screen reader navigation, alt text written for images, sufficient color contrast in our design system, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms and clear labeling on all form fields, including the notice on every form that patient information should not be submitted.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. We periodically review this site against WCAG 2.1 AA and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported.

Reporting a barrier

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site, contact us at 501-376-0321 or through the contact page, and describe the issue and the page where it occurred. We will respond and work to address it promptly.
