Get a healthcare marketing assessment.
Two weeks, your data, four findings. We review how patients find you, what happens when they land, where referrals leak and whether your reporting can prove any of it. You get the deck, the numbers behind it and a prioritized first move — whether or not we run it.
Two weeks, your data, four findings.
Scoped per organization. Complexity, number of locations and data access set the fee — we confirm it in writing before anything starts.
Timeline
Two weeks from data access
Your time
One 60-minute kickoff
What we need
Analytics, ad accounts, call data
Delivered as
Live readout plus written findings
Obligation
None
Four findings, each with a number attached.
01 · visibility — How patients find you
Search and answer-engine visibility by service line, provider and location, against the competitors in your catchment. Where you are invisible for procedures you want more of.
02 · conversion — What happens when they land
Service line pages, provider profiles, scheduling and call handling, walked as a patient would. Every step that loses the appointment, ranked by volume lost.
03 · referral flow — Where volume leaks
Referral sources by specialty and geography, and the cases leaving your system. Plus the capacity sitting open while they leave. For physician and dental groups specifically, this finding also shows exactly which slots, procedures and locations carry the most open capacity relative to local demand, the same data behind a Capacity and Demand Audit.
04 · measurement — Whether you can prove it
Tracking, attribution and HIPAA-aware analytics configuration. What your current reporting cannot tell your CFO, and what it would take to close that.
See what you get.
The findings document
Written, sourced and readable by a board.
The prioritized first move
One recommendation, with the payback math.
The measurement fix list
Implementable by your team or ours.
Two weeks, one hour of your time.
We work from read-only access. Nothing goes live, nothing changes in your accounts and your team is not asked to pull reports for us.
day 1 — Kickoff and access
Sixty minutes on goals, capacity and constraints. We take read-only access to analytics, ad accounts and call tracking.
week 1 — Analysis
Visibility and competitor benchmarking, conversion walkthroughs, referral and capacity mapping, measurement audit.
week 2 — Findings and priorities
We size each gap in monthly terms, then rank by payback rather than by effort.
readout — Live session, then it is yours
Ninety minutes with your marketing, service line and compliance stakeholders. The document goes with you either way.
Tell us where to look first.
We come back within one business day with scope, fee and the two dates we could start. If the assessment is not the right instrument for your question, we will say so.
- Scoped to your organization, not a template
- Read-only access, no changes to your accounts
- HIPAA-aware, planned alongside your compliance team
- Findings are yours to keep with no engagement

Asked before the first call.

Is this a free audit?
No. It is a scoped paid engagement, which is why it comes with real analyst hours and findings you can act on. We price it after we see the scope, and we confirm the fee in writing before starting.
What access do you need from us?
Read-only access to analytics, ad accounts, call tracking and, where relevant, referral reporting. We do not change settings or launch anything during an assessment.
How is this HIPAA-aware?
We plan alongside your legal and compliance teams and we do not build audiences from condition-based site behavior. The measurement section of the assessment flags any configuration we consider a risk. mhp.si Health does not provide legal advice.
Do we have to hire you afterward?
No. The findings document, the prioritized recommendation and the measurement fix list are yours regardless. Your team or another partner can implement them.
We already have an agency. Is this a conflict?
It is not. Assessments are often commissioned to settle an internal question or to give an incumbent agency a clearer brief. We will tell you plainly if the work is already being done well.
